This version is a brand new major version.

It contains all the evolution and fixes from the previous version (ie: 4.8.13 and the versions released before)

  • This feature introduces a dedicated panel for redaction creation and listing. Now, users can streamline their redaction tasks with efficiency and precision. What's more, you can add a reason for each redaction, enhancing transparency and compliance with data privacy regulations

    • A new button on the left panel, a creation zone, and the list of existing redactions are all in one panel. A button to redact all on text on the page, another to redact the whole page, and much more

  • WEB-UI is now a ZIP packaging
    • The reason is that the content is now a Spring Boot package (like the Rendition)

• Reshape the annotation/hyperlink/redaction filters:

• Cleaner CSS
  • We are now internally using SCSS to create cleaner CSS. It will help all our integrators to override our CSS easily.

  • Alfresco connector
    • Document activity is not displayed in Alfresco
      • The support will come in the next release: 2023.1.0

• • IBM FileNet connector
    • The creation of documents with different Metadata is not supported
      • The support will come in the next release: 2023.1.0Document creation (Document Builder)
  • Custom connector
    • The connector on Rendition side is not supported
      • The support will come in the next release: 2023.1.0

• Unsupported document type:
  • On CentOS: Windows Metafile (.wmf) documents are not supported
• E-Mails:
  • E-mail headers (to, cc, etc...) are in French
    • Translation to English will come in the next release: 2023.1.0

• Redaction:

  • Download with FDF feature does not support Redaction.

    • The support will come in the next release: 2023.1.0
