When opening a specific PDF file containing 8 Smart Anchors, only 5 are detected by ARender 2023.1.0. In version 2023.2.0 this issue is resolved.

Given a Read-only user on an ARender Document view, when they select text, then the quick menu should not contain annotations, marking it as a fix for the ARender release.
